Letterkenny's Grill nightclub is to go up for public auction on Monday with advertisments placed in the local press.
Earlier this week the Receiver appointed to oversee it's sale was removed.

Seamus Farren of Farren Roarty Auditors and Accountants was removed as Receiver following an application to the High Court by the club's owner.

The Bank Of Scotland (Ireland) which appointed Mr. Farren as Receiver for the troubled nightclub has agreed to remove him. It's understood an agreement took place before a High Court sitting in Dublin on Tuesday.
Auction

Meanwhile the premises is due to go up for public auction on Monday. The auction will be held at Letterkenny's Mount Errigal Hotel at 3pm.
It's also understood the club's owner Paul McGlinchey was claiming the appointment of the Receiver and the closure of the premises at the beginning of this month was unlawful.

Last week an injunction was served on the bank in a last ditch attempt to halt the sale of the venue and its assets.
The Grill complex, which has remained closed since the August Bank Holiday weekend, includes the Bar Rouge, Club 2000, Bella's Nightclub and Oceans Restaurant.
